Wearing sunscreen daily no matter what is important. Sunny or cloudy you can still get UVA and UVB rays. Electronics are now showing they can give off high energy visible light also known as “blue light” which will age our skin- so if you sit at a computer- use your sunscreen!
Our skin rejuvenates at night which is why it is good to have a nighttime skincare routine and get appropriate amounts of rest.

I recommend to all my clients to leave all popping to me. As much as you want to pick it is extremely important to remember our bodies are amazing at healing themselves and if you pick you risk damaging the skin around the pimple, opening the skin and allowing the bacteria to spread to other areas. If you are a picker, try using a hot wet washcloth on the area instead. This will help bring blood and lymph to the area to help your body naturally start the healing process and your breakout will heal much faster than if you break open the skin and create a wound.
